AN INDEPENDENT, FAMILY RUN FUNERAL DIRECTORS
Belmar and Liston serve the whole of Wirral, Chester and surrounding areas in the North West. We offer funerals as bespoke and unique as your dearly departed loved one. Whether that be a simple, no-ceremony funeral, or a more elaborate traditional service. Bereavement is undoubtedly one of the hardest experiences we all have to face at some point in our lives, but we are here to make it a little easier.
In all aspects of the funeral arrangements our staff will advise on the procedures and options available.
Belmar & Liston are an independent, family run funeral directors, with over 15 years of experience.
We pride ourselves in catering for the bespoke needs of anyone planning a funeral – whether recently bereaved or considering their own arrangements.
Our funeral home in Pensby has two Chapels of Rest, allowing us to personally provide the care for those entrusted to us, until their time arrives, for their final farewell.
A funeral is the last chance to say goodbye to a loved one. It is of paramount importance that the arrangements are professionally and carefully considered as they can only be undertaken once.

SAIF members are independent, local funeral directors who will provide a professional and personal service to you and your family.
The reassurance and experience of an established and trusted funeral director can be a great comfort to a bereaved family and SAIF are committed to ensuring the funeral profession maintains the highest of standards, with members subject to our Quality Assurance Assessment and inspected every two years.
Terms, conditions and disclosures
By the 16th September 2021, it has become law for funeral directors to publish their terms of business, ownership of the company, and register of interests relating to any donations we make.
We are a limited company, with 2 company directors, Mr Steven Belmar & Mrs Angela Liston.
We make donations frequently throughout the year to local Nursing and Care Homes for their raffles, Easter Giveaways and fair hampers. We also encourage the giving of donations in our funerals, usually directly to the Charities involved. These charities include: Marie Curie, Macmillan Cancer Support and RSPC to name a few.
We also have donated towards the Pensby Bowls Club for their tournament in 2021.
